As we begin the process of laying the foundation for your real estate business, we’ll 1st discuss the difference between building a transactional vs relational real estate business. Then, we’ll cover the 4 timeless principles of building a relationship based business:

1. Building a dynamic data base;
2. Feed that database;
3. How to systematically communicate to that database;
4. How to serve every lead that comes your way.
