I’m Mark Poisson, the creator and lead coach of the Set Sail Real Estate Training Course. With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, I’ve navigated various roles—from winning Rookie of the Year at Diamondback Realty to leading a large team at Keller Williams. My journey has been fueled by a passion for mentoring and elevating the professionalism of real estate.
Throughout my career, I’ve taught and trained thousands of Realtors. The Set Sail Real Estate Training Course embodies my commitment to guiding others toward success. I also actively serve on the professional development committee at WeSERV Realtor Association.
When I’m not coaching Realtors or selling real estate, you can find me enjoying sailing adventures in San Diego or hiking scenic trails. Growing up in Newport, RI, I developed a lifelong love for sailing. As a Navy veteran, service has always been a core value, and I continue to give back through various charitable organizations.
